1. Here are a few Quick fixes that will fix your issue in most cases.
- Update to the latest version & try making the purchase.
- Try an alternate payment method.
- Stable Internet connection while making the purchase.
- Payment method used has validity & sufficient balance.
2. If the basics don't work:
- Try Troubleshooting the payment issues in your Google account by clicking here.
- Try clearing the Play Store data and cache and login to Play Store account again & try making the purchase.
3. If none of the above works, making the purchase from another device with a different Google account will work in most cases.
