How to change Google Account from which the payment needs to be done

This is an issue from Google's end. It uses your primary account in your Phone settings as the default payment account.

You need to remove all the other google accounts from your Phone settings and only keep the account from which you want to make the payment.

Unfortunately, there is no other way, we know of, to switch Google accounts.
