Payment done but not received the in-game item

  • If it is a player purchase, just Refresh your squad page and you will find your player there.

  • If it is any other item, simply restarting the game updates all the values of in-game currencies.

If the item is still not there, wait for upto 2 hours. Sometimes the server is busy & it may take a couple of hours to process your payment.



If after 2 hours the items are still not added;


(i) For Android Users:

To Verify your purchases, you can log in to your Play Store Account and check for the Purchases made by following these steps. 

Play Store > Settings > Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & History.

All confirmed purchases are reflected here.


(ii) For Apple Users:

Apple’s Tax Invoice must have been generated for you which you can find in the App Store’s Payment History page or your email inbox.


If the Google Order Receipt / Apple Invoice is not generated, the money will be returned to your account within 5-7 days.


If the issue is still unresolved, please mail us at purchases@hitwicket.com & share a screenshot of your Google order receipt or the Apple Tax invoice with us along with your User ID.


You can also head to the game's Menu > Facing Issues > Select Payment Issue.
