Description:
The in-game mail item claim button appears again if you navigate to another mail and come back to that mail again.
You will be able to claim the rewards again. but they won't be added in backend and the extra items will disappear when the game is restarted.
Temporary Suggested Solution:
Avoid claiming the mail items multiple times as it gives no benefit and may cause an illusion that you lost items.
