We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused, this may happen sometimes due to some sync issue in Store data.
Just Hit the Refresh button in the Store page to get the error fixed. This should re-sync all the Store Data:
> Open the game.
> Go to the Store page.
> Navigate to the Chest page.
> A refresh button will appear on the Top, hit that to re-sync the store data.
( You will not be able to claim more free chests if you have opened 5 Free chests in a day, which is the daily limit )
